1. How do I obtain an accident report?

If a police accident report was made, you can obtain a copy from Azle PD at 505 W. Main Street - Bldg 2, from 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday. The cost is $6 for each report. Information can NOT be obtained by telephone. Reports can also be obtained on-line at the link below. The cost is $10 for each report. Call (817) 444-3221 for more information.
