I would like to see a house of the month incentive possibly to help clean up our neighborhood in Castle Hills. I'd also like to see Code Enforcement, enforced. More citations need to be cited ......

I would like to see a house of the month incentive possibly to help clean up our neighborhood in Castle Hills. I'd also like to see Code Enforcement, enforced. More citations need to be cited ... Example: A few neighbors have been asked to clean up; and I've been waiting at least 5 months on my last complaints. We have empty houses used for drug usage; that should be boarded up to keep the problem teens etc. out. We have one man in the neighborhood whose yard looks like a dump ground. The inside is a health hazard. He is a drug user and drugs are dealt there. We pay taxes just like Timberlake Estates etc.; but Castle Hills is the nastiest, drug using and dealing part of Azle.
