Flags at half staff to honor victims of Highland Park, IL tragedy

By order of President Biden, the U.S. flag is to be flown at half-staff until sunset on July 9, 2022 as a mark of respect for the innocent victims of the tragedy in Highland Park, Illinois. The Texas flag should also be lowered.
