Updated July 30 -Tarrant County Public Health is reporting seventy-two (72) residents living within Azle city limits have tested positive for COVID-19; forty-eight (48) active cases, twenty-four (24) recovered, and, unfortunately, three deaths. Parker County Public Health is reporting one hundred twenty-seven (127) positive cases in the Azle area; five (5) are active and one hundred twenty-two (122) have recovered. The City has no further publicly releasable information on these individuals. Gov Greg Abbott issued Executive Order GA-29 on, July 3, 2020 requiring all Texans to wear a face covering in public spaces.
