Children's Programs

Toddler & Preschool Craft Time

Wednesdays at 10:15 am
Please join us each Wednesday morning at 10:15am for "Toddler and Preschool Craft Time". This fun programming is aimed at children ages 2-6 years old and their caregivers. Enjoy creating a craft in the Community Room, then explore and check out books based on the week's theme followed by imaginative play! Questions? Call the library at 817-752-2682. Note: this program will be replaced by Storytime later in the fall once a new children's librarian is hired. 


Third Wednesday of every month at 4:30 pm
LEGOS are provided by the library for ALL AGES to build, create, and imagine! Complete a LEGO challenge using a challenge card or use your imagination and build something unique. Look for LEGO builds in the Children's Area the following week.

Main Street Book Club

Third Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM in the Library Community Room
Adults of all ages are welcome to attend and discuss the book selection for the month.

THHSC Program Sign-Up Assistance

First Tuesday of every month from 1:00-4:00 PM 
A Benefit consultant will be available to help families sign up for SNAP/Food Stamps, CHIP, Children’s Medicaid, TANF, and any other Texas Health and Human Services Commission program.
