Winter Reading Program
Each winter the Library offers a Winter Reading Program for teens. Look for more information in late December and early January.
At this time, the library is not taking volunteer applications or scheduling volunteer shifts. Teens age 14 and older are welcome to volunteer at the Azle Memorial Library! Volunteering is a great way to earn community service hours for school organizations, as a stepping stone for employment, or as an extracurricular activity to list when applying for college. Volunteers assist with a variety of tasks such as shelving and sorting library materials, preparing crafts for children’s storytime, assisting at library programs, and more. For more information, contact the library at 817-752-2682 and ask to speak to the Volunteer Coordinator.
Other Teen Programming
A variety of teen-friendly programs are offered throughout the year. For more information on upcoming programs, visit the Programs and Events page, or contact the Library at 817-752-2682.
