Utility customers of the City of Azle can now pay their utility bill online with their credit cards.

The City of Azle proudly announces an agreement with Secure Government Payment Solutions, Inc. to allow city customers to pay using their Discover, Visa or MasterCard by visiting Virtual WebPay. As part of our continuing effort to streamline city functions, you may now pay your utility bill from the convenience of your own home or from any Internet connection, in addition to making payments in person at City Hall, over the phone or by postal mail.

This system will charge a 5% convenience fee that is included in the total payment amount.

The goal of this program is to give our customers the ability to make their payments securely with a Discover, MasterCard or VISA debit or credit card 24 hours a day, seven days a week, via the city's website. Providing this convenient payment option to our customers is in keeping with the focus on making our collection process more efficient, more effective and more customer-friendly.
